FA cup winners or into the group stage of the Champions League?
It's a pipe dream and either are extremely unlikely, but not impossible.

So your choice, a day out at Wembley with all the glory a cup win would bring. A trophy in the cabinet, great memories to tell your kids and grandchildren about plus one for the history books.

Or when you think about those nights at the Boleyn under the flood lights, the electric atmosphere, the champions league anthem plus all of the group away matches. Imagine the Bernabeu, Malmo away or the Donbass Arena (nights out with all those Swedish or Ukrainian girls). Or maybe Paris, Munich, Turin or Istanbul.

Surely you'd have to lean towards the cup just for the glory of a trophy but for me it would be a really tough call. The choice between a one off day out or 6 CL fixtures.

Like I've said, a pipe dream but what would you choose?

Hopefully Nolan won't be starting...

We won't get into the top 4 and any one who thinks we will is an idiot.

7th or 8th finish.

I thought the rules were that the fa cup didn't matter and it was all about league placings. These rules change like the wind.

Oh FA Cup for me.

For me it comes down to WINNING something. You don't WIN anything by qualifying for the CL. I want to WIN something.

Itsca generation think...winning the FA CUP is historic...means something..the fact its a lottery and no real reflection on how good your team is...is irrelevant.
Finishing 4th in 2015 means fuck all...soon forgotten about unless its the first of many.
Finishing 4th used to beUEFA cup...nothing with that.
But winning the FACup all day long

I've seen us play four FA cup finals and they were great, but I'd love to see us play Barcelona, Real Madrid, or Bayern Munich at home. That's why it's champions league for me.

FA Cup - no question

Fuck what it means to others, fuck what it means in the grand scheme

It does mean a last farewell to home with 250k on the streets watching the cup on a bus and the spirits of the passed millions watching down

Oh yes, 75 and 80 again in my life, 15 for my lads

FA Cup Winners at Wembley all the way. Now, if you said Winning the chump league...

She wore a claret ribbon in the merry month of May, And when I asked why she wore that ribbon, She said it's for the West Ham boys who are going to Wembley.

Champions League. It tells the world where you are a serious player in football's hierarchy and enables you to sign better players and up the entertainment value for all of us.

Claret and blue, you're fortunate enough to have been to all them.I watched 80 final on tele.
Spent the rest of time since desperately hoping I'd see us win silverware in the flesh.
I'd rather we won league cup than champ league place.
